Sobha is not known to develop such projects. It is a dream series project where built up area is very less compared to their other projects.

Second is location. IT Engineers and Investors are currently interested in either IT corridor or north Bangalore.

This project is in West Bangalore.

Sobha has been trying hard to sell it. I have been seeing different types of advertisements for this project in TOI for quite some time.

Buy gold, platinum, ruby etc.

Personally, I am not a great believer in mix of apartments and villas. Both IDEB and Sobha have tried it in whitefield.
